How can I cancel my subscription?
Users can only cancel a subscription in the settings of their Apple IDs, as we don't have access to your account and are not authorized to manage subscription cancellations or changes. Please follow these steps to cancel:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name, then tap 'Subscriptions.'
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
Choose a different subscription option, or tap 'Cancel Subscription.' If you don’t see 'Cancel Subscription,' the subscription has already been canceled and won't renew.
If your subscription isn’t showing in the App Store, you may have purchased it directly through our website. There are two ways to cancel your subscription:
In the Femia App: tap 'You' → 'My Profile' → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription;
On the Femia Website: Open this link → go to 'Account Settings' → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
! Please note that subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period of use. Once canceled, your plan and access will remain active until your current billing period ends.
